MyIntell ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website myintell.ai and related AI agent services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

When you create an account or use our services, we may collect:

• Authentication data: verification codes and login activity (handled through Clerk)
• Agent context: information you share with your AI agents in order for them to assist you (notes, goals, schedule items, account details you authorize them to use)
• Voice and call data: audio of voice sessions and outbound phone calls placed by your agent on your behalf, including transcripts and recordings of negotiation calls
• Usage data: how you interact with our website and agents

How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To operate your AI agents and the actions you direct them to take (placing calls, sending notifications, managing schedules)
• To send transactional SMS messages, including verification codes, call status updates, and notifications about scheduled events
• To improve and secure our services
• To comply with legal obligations

SMS Notifications

By providing your phone number during signup, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from MyIntell related to your account and agents, including:

• Phone number verification codes (one-time passwords for sign-in)
• Status updates from outbound calls your agent makes on your behalf (for example, "Your AT&T negotiation call is complete — you saved $15/month")
• Reminders for events and tasks you have asked your agent to track
• Important security notifications about your account

Message frequency varies based on your agent activity and the tasks you assign. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or email us at the address below.

MyIntell does not share your phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes.

Voice and Phone Calls

When you direct your MyIntell agent to place a phone call on your behalf (for example, to negotiate a bill with a service provider), we may record the call so the agent can transcribe it, summarize the outcome, and follow up with you. We disclose recording at the start of any outbound call where required by state law. Recordings are retained only as long as needed to deliver the result to you and are not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with:

• Service providers: Clerk (authentication), Telnyx (SMS and voice), Anthropic and Google (LLM inference for your agents), Hetzner (cloud infrastructure) — only as necessary to operate our services
• Counterparties on calls you authorize: when your agent places a call on your behalf, the recipient (for example, your phone carrier) will hear and may record the call as part of their normal business operations
• Legal compliance: when required by law, subpoena, or to protect the rights or safety of MyIntell, our users, or the public

Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), per-user namespace isolation in our infrastructure, access controls, and secrets management. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to minimize risk.

Your Rights

You may:

• Access or update your personal information through your account settings
• Request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us
• Opt out of SMS notifications by replying STOP
• Opt out of marketing emails by clicking unsubscribe
• Request a copy of the data we hold about you

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt-out of sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information.

Children's Privacy

MyIntell is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it.
