Welcome to MyIntell. By creating an account or using our services at myintell.ai, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Beta Cohort 1 — May 2026

If you're using MyIntell as part of the first beta cohort, three things are scoped or operating differently than the production design described below: the Apps (Forge) surface is deferred to post-beta; artifact storage uses a single Brain replica with hard scaling triggers for migration to object storage; and shadow validation is shortened to ~24–48 hours per surface (vs. the ≥7 days used at GA). 1. Overview

MyIntell is an AI-powered personal agent service. Our agents help you manage your digital life by remembering context, sending notifications, placing phone calls on your behalf (for example, to negotiate bills with service providers), tracking goals, and assisting with tasks you delegate to them.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into binding agreements to use MyIntell. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account & Authentication

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
You agree to provide accurate information during signup and to keep your account details (email, phone number) up to date.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including actions taken by your AI agent on your behalf based on instructions you provided.

4. Authorized Actions by Your Agent

When you instruct your MyIntell agent to take an action — for example, placing a phone call to your service provider, sending an SMS, or scheduling an event — you are expressly authorizing that action on your behalf. You agree that:

Information you provide to your agent for the purpose of an authorized call (such as an account number, billing zip code, or PIN) may be communicated to the call counterparty as needed to complete the task.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide your agent. We are not liable for incorrect outcomes caused by inaccurate or out-of-date information.
You can revoke authorization for any specific action at any time by canceling the task in the MyIntell app, ending the voice session, or contacting us.

5. SMS & Email Communications

By creating an account and providing your phone number, you consent to receive transactional SMS and email messages from MyIntell, including verification codes, status updates from agent-initiated calls, and notifications about events you have asked your agent to track. You may opt out of SMS by replying STOP to any message; reply HELP for assistance. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Phone Calls Placed by Your Agent

When you direct MyIntell to place a phone call on your behalf:

You authorize the call to be placed and authorize MyIntell to identify itself as your agent acting on your behalf.
The call may be recorded for transcript and summary purposes. We will disclose recording at the start of the call where required by state law (notably California, Florida, and other two-party-consent states).
We do not guarantee any particular outcome from a negotiation, retention, or customer-service call. Outcomes depend on the counterparty's policies and available offers.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use MyIntell to harass, defraud, deceive, or threaten any person or business.
Direct your agent to place calls or send messages that violate applicable laws, including telemarketing laws, the TCPA, robocall regulations, or anti-spam laws.
Attempt to bypass security measures, reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with other users' access.
Use MyIntell to impersonate another person without their consent, or to misrepresent your relationship to a counterparty in a way that violates law.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these rules.

8. Fees & Subscriptions

MyIntell may offer free and paid plans. If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing terms will be presented at checkout. Subscription fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

9. Suspension & Termination

MyIntell reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, including for misuse of agent-initiated calls or SMS, fraudulent activity, or abuse of the service. We may, at our discretion, provide a warning before termination, but are not obligated to do so.

10. Service "As Is"

MyIntell is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome will be achieved by your agent. Your use of MyIntell is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyIntell's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). MyIntell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on myintell.ai, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of MyIntell or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. You retain ownership of the content and instructions you provide to your agent.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notice.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California.
